The Town of Lexington will be accepting sealed bids for stabilization of an existing drainage ditch at South Lake Drive and 12 Mile Creek near the water treatment plant site consisting of removal of vegetation, installation of retaining wall, necessary backfill, sediment and erosion control, grassing and other miscellaneous and related work. Contract documents and plans may be obtained from HPG and Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc., 1432 Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia, SC 29169 upon a non-refundable payment of $35.00.

Bids will be received by the Owner in Conference Room C, located on the 2nd floor of the Lexington Municipal Complex at 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC until 2:00 pm on February 26, 2020 and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids should be clearly labeled with the bid number. Sealed bids may be mailed to the Town of Lexington, Attn: Donna Smith, Post Office Box 397, Lexington, South Carolina 29071.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality.

The bid is subject to the Town’s Formal vendor preference requirements.
