The Town of Lexington will be accepting sealed bids for Sanitary Sewer Manhole and Piping Rehabilitation along Meetze Avenue. Project will consist of all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances to install approximately 349 LF 8-inch HDPE by pipe bursting and 1,190 LF of 8-inch cured-in-place pipe liner to rehabilitate existing 8-inch sewer, renovate 8 manholes, reconnect services and other miscellaneous and related items. Contract documents and plans may be obtained from HPG and Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc., 1432 Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia, SC 29169 upon a non-refundable payment of $40.00.

Bids will be received by the Owner in Conference Room B, located on the 2nd floor of the Lexington Municipal Complex at 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC until 2:00 pm on January 6, 2020 and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids should be clearly labeled with the bid number. Sealed bids may be mailed to the Town of Lexington, Attn: Sherry Brooks, Post Office Box 397, Lexington, South Carolina 29071.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality.

The bid is subject to the Town’s Formal vendor preference requirements.
