The Town of Lexington will be accepting sealed bids for installation of approximately 70 LF of 6-inch restrained joint protecto 401 lined ductile iron pipe and fittings, sleeves, concrete blocking, pressure testing, seeding, sediment and erosion control and other miscellaneous and related items to relocate a portion of sanitary sewer main force near I-20 East Bound and Mineral Springs Road crossing. Contract documents and plans may be obtained from HPG and Company, Consulting Engineers, Inc., 1432 Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia, SC 29169 upon a non-refundable payment of $35.00.

Bids will be received by the Owner in Conference Room C, located on the 2nd floor of the Lexington Municipal Complex at 111 Maiden Lane, Lexington, SC until 2:00 pm on December 12, 2019, and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids should be clearly labeled with the bid number. Sealed bids may be mailed to the Town of Lexington, Attn: Sherry Brooks, Post Office Box 397, Lexington, South Carolina 29071.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality.

The bid is subject to the Town’s Formal vendor preference requirements.
